Acceptable Use Policy
Updated and effective October 29, 2026. Version 2026-10-29.5. TrainWindowAI is designed to make a short train-window toy-car-to-real-car video from one vehicle photograph. These rules apply to every photo, the fixed generation prompt and every result.
Who may appear
Upload one vehicle photograph you own or have permission to process. Do not include people, readable number plates, confidential locations or third-party artwork. Owning the vehicle does not automatically give you rights in someone else’s photograph. This service does not animate people or pets.
Current availability
Generation and checkout are disabled pending merchant review and final service checks. The Prompt Sift integration has been checked with a real allow decision and a blocked category probe. SeeAPI image and video moderation have been checked with existing non-customer media. These checks do not validate the quality or safety coverage of a newly generated car video. No test or sample videos were generated for this release.
Prohibited content
The following are prohibited in photos, text and results: (1) pornography, nudity or sexual (NSFW) content; (2) graphic violence or gore; (3) hate speech or extremist content; (4) child-unsafe content, including any sexualisation of minors (CSAM); (5) deepfakes or impersonation of a real person: face swaps, undressing, placing two real people in a kiss, hug or other intimate scene, or showing a real person saying or doing something they did not; (6) copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use of protected characters, logos, advertising or recordings; incidental vehicle design does not imply manufacturer endorsement. Harassment and encouragement of self-harm are also prohibited.
AI-generated content
Every result made here is AI-generated, and this site labels it as such. There are no face-swap, undressing or voice-cloning features. Keep the platform’s AI label on when you post.
Safety review
Before generation, the complete fixed prompt sent to the model is checked against our blocklist (reviewed at least every 30 days; generation pauses if a review is overdue) and by Waffo Prompt Sift with semantic enforcement. Only a complete, explicit allow decision proceeds; rejection, pending review and service errors do not start generation or reserve credits. Prompt-review decisions and errors are recorded separately before a generation job exists. Every uploaded vehicle photo is checked by SeeAPI image moderation. Every finished video is checked by SeeAPI before display or download: the detector samples 32 frames and does not inspect every frame, audio or subtitles. Rejected media is not delivered and reserved credits are returned; an incomplete or failed assessment is held for manual review. Check IDs and outcomes are retained. Automated checks can miss content or flag safe content; reports are reviewed by the operator.
Reporting channel
Anyone can report a result, an unauthorized use of their likeness, a copyright concern or another safety issue, or appeal a decision, by emailing support@trainwindowai.com. You do not need an account. Include the relevant page or result reference, a description and a reply email. Do not email illegal imagery, passwords or card details.
Report handling and response timelines
We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 7 business days. If a complex case needs more time we send a progress update within those 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, China Standard Time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays in China.
Enforcement
We may block requests, remove or restrict access to content, suspend or close accounts, and remove credits obtained through fraud or abuse, under our Terms and Refund Policy. Attempts to create sexual content involving minors are reported to the relevant authorities. Mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.
